1906 Apartments is a development and preservation project in Seattle’s Central Area on a LR3 zoned lot with a commitment to sustainability through preservation and use of high quality, long lasting, natural, sustainable finishes, building materials and building methods. Much of the historic structure will be preserved and retrofit. Until development, the property has been shored up to provide housing and cultural event space.
