Beach House Remodel

Located on scenic Pickering Passage, this home was originally purchased as a vacation getaway years ago. The home is now being transformed to be utilized as a primary residence.

This project consists of (3) projects in one as Mason County required a separate permit submittal for each building:

1. Remodel the existing main residence

2. Add a living space above an existing detached garage

3. Build a new boat garage

Project goals for the main residence:

1. Create a primary suite

2. Open up the living space

3. Take better advantage of the views

4. Increase storage opportunities throughout

5. Limit structural modifications

6. Give the house an updated look and feel
   

Project goals for the garage addition:

1. Create a flexible guest suite above the garage for guests that also doubles as a gym and workspace

2. Limit structural modifications

3. Take advantage of views
