Made in House Fremont

Made in House Fremont

When the owners of BOPBOX decided to open a new restaurant in Fremont, they already had a well developed plan for the design and operations of their new restaurant concept “Made in House Fremont” based on their scratch made products and delicious, fresh, flexible offerings.

Their new plan required very little actual construction or demolition work, however, they were still required to get a building permit due to the fact that they were changing a portion of the existing Dining space into a prep kitchen. Additionally, they needed a health permit.

Here’s the services our studio provided:

  1. 2d Drafted As Built floor plan

  2. 2d Drafted Schematic floor plans based on owner’s layouts

  3. Apply for a building permit with City of Seattle

  4. Apply for a Health permit with King County

  5. Provide support throughout the permit & construction process

Visit them when they open later this summer!
