  • Rachel Ravitch Studio, Owner/Operator, October 2020 - Present: Provide schematic design, building permit & construction documentation services for dozens of commercial tenant improvement, residential new construction and alterations across the Puget Sound region.

  • Mallet Design Build, Construction Project Manager, January 2019 - August 2020: Prepare contract packages for commercial tenant improvement projects. Drive project schedules and budgets. Responsible for tracking and reconciling the construction budgets including subcontractor and vendor payments and purchasing. Many of Mallet’s projects have been iconic Seattle destinations such as Cafe Presse, Stumptown Coffee, Rudy’s Barbershop, Le Pichet, & Elysian Brewing.

  • Hiku Brands, Development Project Manager, April 2017 - October  2018: Establish Seattle based office for Hiku Brands. Responsible for build-out of an empty shell tenant improvement project with a type 2 food service license from construction start to store open. Hire and oversee training for 11 store employees.

  • Castanes Architects, Design Project Manager, February 2015 - April 2017: Manage team of designers on multi million dollar custom residential new construction and substantial alteration projects. Collaborate with leading industry experts to design building systems for highly challenging custom work with a high level of desired finish. Establish office design, communication, and data management standards. Castanes Architects has twice been featured in the New York Times.

  • Self-Employed, Design Project Management & Owner’s Representation 2010 -  2015: Contract with firms to provide design and project management services for construction projects. Work with Dunn & Hobbes on the build out and marketing strategy for The Cloud Room, a co-working space in Capitol Hill.
